Very poor

The food itself was very good. However, the dining experience was severely hampered by poor communication. We placed our order only to be informed 20 minutes later that the chosen item was out of stock. This significant delay was frustrating and unacceptable, forcing us to re-order and lengthening our wait time considerably

Good quality below par compared to the pricing. Service could be better. Also the English breakfast with the big plate just doesn’t work.

Not a shell kamakis issue, but I have been trying to get discounts for bringing my own cup for sustainability but there's none

Order and 20 mins waiting only to be told of a problem “samosa bursted” what that meant i dont know…..you ruined my breakfast plans

Food portion size was small and the passion caprioska i had was bitter and not sweet at all. Service was good though.

Slow customer service

Ordered for Cappuccino and Chocolate croissant but only Cappuccino given.

The margarita had "off flavor" A real letdown

No parking. I had to beg to be given five minutes to take away yet I wanted to sit in and have proper breakfast.

Fries and sausages were greasy and not well cooked, i expected tem to be cripsy. However the coffee was great

The Lasagna bolognaise I ordered was pretty bitter and sour, same applied to the Mango juice. Terrible overall

I wasn't served well

It took a while for someone to attend to us also I had to follow up so as I could payment but the lady who sorted this out was amazing and friendly

My waiter who was a guy after I finished eating I stayed more than 40 min he never came back to me . I wet to pay in the counter the cashier called him he came while chewing food
